After listening to the song Disconnected by Jazz Morley I gathered this was quite a sad and emotional song. If I had to create a music video for this song I would think carefully about the footage to use. I would tell a story throughout the music video about her relationship with her brother and express her emotions about how she feels when leaves to go to Afghanistan. Throughout the music video I would cut from Jazz playing her piano on a darkened stage with only her and the piano lit up to “memory’s” that she has shared with her brother. But I don’t want to make out that he is dead, just get the audience to understand that Jazz is missing her brother and remembering the good times.  The reasons why I want to set the music video in this way because the contrast between her singing alone then footage of Jazz and her brother will create emotion and explain to the audience what she feels for her brother.
